Jobs Board
The GeekHub jobs board is for tech roles at Indian startups and companies. All listings are free to browse.
Finding Jobs
Go to geekhub.in/jobs to see all active listings. You can filter by:
- Job type — Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Remote
- Keywords — Search by role, company, or tech stack
Each listing shows the role, company, location, salary range (if disclosed), and required skills. Click any listing to see the full description and apply link.
Posting a Job
You need a GeekHub account to post a job. Go to geekhub.in/jobs/new.
Required fields:
- Job title — be specific, e.g., "Senior Backend Engineer (Go/Postgres)"
- Company name
- Job type — Full-time, Part-time, Contract, etc.
- Location — city or "Remote"
- Description — what the role involves, your stack, and what you're looking for
Optional but recommended:
- Salary range — listings with salaries get significantly more views
- Apply URL — direct link to your application form or email
Listings are active for 30 days by default. You can deactivate them early from your profile.
What Makes a Good Listing
- Be specific about the stack — "5 years experience" tells candidates nothing. "Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS" does.
- Show the salary range — Indian developers are increasingly salary-transparent. Hiding it filters out good candidates who won't waste time on below-market roles.
- Explain the product — "Early-stage fintech startup, Series A, 40-person team" is more useful than "dynamic work environment."
- State remote policy clearly — "Remote OK" vs "Hybrid (3 days Bengaluru office)" are very different things.
